【摘要】 论文研究了F级高强度环氧玻璃布层压板,环氧树脂胶粘剂的合成,玻璃布层压板的制造工艺,原材料的影响因素及层压板性能,并与国外同类产品进行了对比。结果表明,F级高强度环氧玻璃布层压板具有高温下强度保持率及浸水后绝缘电阻高等特点.可用作F级大型、高压电机、电器设备中作绝缘结构零部件,并可在潮湿环境中使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper describes the development of class F high strength epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet. The synthesis of adhesive hased on epoxy resin, technique of making epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet, effective factors of raw materials and the properties of the above sheet are investigated. The properties of the sheet are compared with that of the same kind of foreign product. The results show that the permanent rate of the strength of the sheet is over 50% at high temperature, and its insulation resistance is high relatively after water absorption, etc. The sheet is suitable as insulating parts of class F large motors, high - voltage motors and electric appliances, and can be used in moisture condition.更多还原
