流延聚丙烯流变性能的研究

【摘要】 采用哈克流变仪和动态流变仪,对流延聚丙烯(CPP)国产料和进口料流变特性进行了研究,得到三种树脂在粘弹性、分子基本结构和加工流变性能的差异及其结构成因。结果表明,所研究的几种CPP专用料中,T800EDF的分子量最大,SW586的分子量最小;CF3017的分子量分布最宽,SW586和F800EDF的多分散性近似;树脂在流延过程中的拉伸能力主要与粘性应变的能力有关,三种树脂的熔体拉伸能力最好的是SW586,CF3017居中,F800EDF的拉伸能力较低。树脂的拉伸能力与树脂的结构有关,平均分子量越小和分子量分布越窄的树脂越适宜高速下稳定拉伸,分子量也不能过小,否则熔体强度过小,易造成熔体薄膜的断裂。
【Abstract】 Production of excellent cast polypropylene films at a high speed requires using special - purposeresins with good processability. But the processability of the domestic resins and the end properties of their films differ a lot from the exotic resins. In order to find the reasons causing the difference in elastic and viscosity properties, basic molecular structures, rheological properties during processing and their structural influencebetween the domestic resins and the exotic,this paper presentsa detailed investigation on the rheological properties of several widely used CPP resinsincluding F800EDF. SW586 and CF3017 by a HAKKE rheometer and a dynamic stress rheometer. The results show that the molecular weight of F800 EOF is the largest and that of SW586 the smallest though both havesimilar molecular weight distribution (MWD) while the MWD of CF3017 is larger; SW586 shows the best melt stretchability which isbelieved to be relative to the ability of viscosity deformation, F800EDF the lowest and CF3017 in between. Basically, the stretchability of the resins melt is dominatedby the structure of resinssince it is found that lower molecular weight and narrower MWD-canhelp stablelystretching at a high speed, and at the same time, the molecular weight should be in an appropriate range in that too small molecular weight may result in frequent breakup of the molten film due to too low melt strength.
