聚丙烯纤维增强高性能混凝土抗裂性能研究

【摘要】 本文对两种聚丙烯纤维采用化学方法进行表面处理.研究了纤维增强对高性能混凝土抗裂性能及力学性能和拌和物工作性能的影响.试验结果表明,化学方法能够改善纤维与混凝土基体的相容性,低掺量合成纤维对高性能混凝土的早期开裂具有明显的抑制作用
【Abstract】 In this paper, two kinds of polypropylene fibers were treated with the surface adopted chemical methods. The resistance to cracking, the mechanical properties of fibers-reinforced high performance concrete and the workability of its mixture were also investigated. Results showed that chemical treatment methods could improve the combinability of fibers and concrete, low mixing amount synthetic fibers had obvious resistance to the cracking of early high performance concrete.
