基因工程技术与油菜育种
Gene engineering technology in relation to rapeseed breeding

【摘要】 近十多年来,农作物基因工程技术迅速发展,一批转基因农作物新品种应用于生产。油菜基因工程育种脂肪酸代谢的基因工程改造、抗病、抗虫、抗(耐)除草剂转基因油菜及基因工程杂交油菜品种等领域富有成果。文章回顾了基因工程油菜育种所取得的一些进展,提出基因工程技术在今后的油菜育种中将是一种极为重要的手段。
【Abstract】 Many transgenic crop varieties were commercially released with the rapid advances in gene engineering technology in the recent decade. Rapeseed is noted for the use of gene engineering technology . Spectacular accomplishments in gene engineering of fatty acid metabolism, disease, insect- and herbicide-resistance in rapeseed were made. These achievements were reviewed and gene engineering technology proposed as a routine way of rapeseed breeding in the near future.
