中美棉花品种光合特性研究(Ⅰ)——光合产物分配方向及强度

【摘要】 选用3个美国转Bt基因抗虫棉品种和2个国产杂交棉品种(G.hirsutum L.),比较研究了其光合特性。结果表明:在光合产物分配方向和分配强度方面,品种间存在差异。在本试验条件下,抗虫棉DP和20B有比较合理的光合产物分配方向和分配强度;杂交棉EZA和XZA的光合产物过多的分配给了果枝,导致根、茎、蕾、铃中分配较少;抗虫棉BG居中。同时,最终的产量也有同样的趋势。
【Abstract】 Using 3 American boll-worm-resistant varieties (G.hirsutum L) and 2 Chinese hybrid varieties (G. hirsutum L) , comparative study on their piloiosynthetic property was conducted. The result shows that: there is difference among varieties considering the distribution direction and intensity of pho-tosynthetic product. Under the condition of this study, boll-worm - resistant varieties DP and 20B have a rational Protosynthetic product distribution, harmonizing growth among different organs. Hybrid EZA and XZA have too much distributed to the sympodia branches, and therefore, too less to the root, stem, and floral bud. And the other boll - worm - resistant variety BG slays in the middle. Meanwhile, the final yield of seed cotton has the same trend.
