【摘要】 对不同来源的8份蓝和紫粒小麦的发芽特征特性的研究结果表明,发芽期间蓝、紫粒小麦的发芽率、发芽势、幼苗长度、α-淀粉酶活性、麦芽糖含量和电导率均低于普通小麦。蓝粒小麦和紫粒小麦有较强的抗穗发芽能力。可用于小麦抗穗发芽育种。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studies of seeds sprouting characteristics on different 9 accessions of blue or purple grain wheat varieties showed that blue and purple grain variedes had high resistance to sprouting of spikes, and the germination percentage, germination energy, seedling length,a-amylase activity, and maltose content and electric conductivity of blue or purple grain wheat were all lower than white grain wheat during seeds sprouting. Those blue or purple grain wheat materials had better resistance to pre-harvest sprouting. They can be used in wheat breeding for resistance to pre-harvesting sprouting.更多还原
