【摘要】 通过2年试验证明,多效唑调整两系籼杂皖稻79制种花期效果明显,与氮素和激素合理配合使用,能延迟父本4d、母本1d始穗,延长抽穗历期父本2d、母本4d,可提高异交结实率13.5%-14.0%,比一般氮调增加制种产量22.0%,比不调的增产108%。同时多效唑有降低花粉活力,缩小穗型、加重包颈程度和分散抽穗等负面效应,适时适量增施氮肥和“920”可以补偿。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment in the effect of PP333 on adjusting flowering date in two - line hybrid rice Wandao 79 s seed production was conducted for two years. Used with urea and GA3 together, PP333 can delay the initial heading of male and female for 4 days and 1 day respectively, prolong the heading stage of male and female for 2 days and 4 days respectively, and increase outcrossing rate by 13.5%-14.0%. Compared with nitrogen treatment and contrast, PP333 can raise the yield of seed production by 22.0% and 108.0% respectively. However, after PP333 was applied, the activity of male parent s pollens reduced, the size of panicle lessened, the ear emerged hardly and discontinuously. These problems mentioned above were partially removed if nitrogen and GA3 were applied on time.更多还原
