【Abstract】 Text Retrieval Conference (TREC), which is sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology as well as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, is the most authoritative international evaluation conference about text retrieval. This paper describes the Ninth Text Retrieval Conference held in 2000 and its four main tracks, which are Question Answering, Web Retrieval, Cross Language Information Retrieval and Text Filtering, from the aspects of test topics, corpus, evaluation metrics and results.更多还原
