【摘要】 目的 了解细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原 4(CTLA₄、CD₁₅₂)mRNA及蛋白在银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）中的表达情况。 方法 利用金葡菌肠毒素 B（SEB）刺激PBMC体外增殖,采用原位杂交和ABC免疫组化方法检测寻常型银屑病患者PBMC中的CTLA₄的表达。 结果 银屑病患者PBMC中CTLA₄mRNA及蛋白的表达明显弱于正常人,其中进行期更弱于静止期。 结论 CTLA₄在银屑病患者PBMC中的表达缺陷提示CTLA₄可能在银屑病发病中起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the expression of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 4(CTLA4, CD152) mRNA and antigen on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods PBMC proliferation was induced by staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB); In situ hybridization and ABC immuohistochemical technique were employed to study the expression of CTLA4mRNA and antigen respectively. Results There was a singificantly weaker expression of CTLA4mRNA and antigen on PBMC in psoriatic patients than on normal groups, and the expression in progressive stage was much weaker than that in static stage. Conclusion Decreased expressoin of CTLA4 in psoriatic patients indicates that CTLA4may play some role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.更多还原
