【摘要】 通过典型例证和实践经验,分析指出植物园的外来种引种驯化、生物学特性研究是有效预防外来种入侵,控制和防止其对当地生物安全造成危害的理论和实践基础,可为国家制定有关政策、法律提供科学的依据。开展当地乡土树种的引种、繁育和应用研究,为本地植物的恢复和广泛利用提供技术支持。建议政府部门制定相关管理政策,建立对外来种的风险评价、引种、监测和控制体系,并对外来种的利用和推广实施严格地控制和有效地管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though the analysis of plant introduction and acclimatization. The research on the biological characteristics of the exotic plants in the botanical gardens is the basis of theoretic and practice to control and compromise the invasive alien species for biosecurity, it is also the scientific basis for constitute the policies and laws concerned in China. Suggested that to study on the introduction, propagation and utilization the local native plants will offer the technology to store the native vegetation and its extensive application. Proposed to establish the policies and set up the control system by the government to evaluate the security, manage the plants introduction , monitor the exotic species, and to control strictly and effective mange the using and spread of the invasive species.更多还原
