钢厂矫直机的PLC控制系统

【摘要】 针对目前钢材生产中矫直工艺存在的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的矫直控制系统,并给出了PLC控制系统的软硬件设计。应用结果表明,该系统具有控制灵活、可靠性高等特点,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the existing problems of drawing system in steel production,a drawing mill control system using PLC is presented. The software and hardware design methods of PLC controller for drawing mill control system are described. Practical result shows that this system is characterized by flexible control and high reliability. It can be widely used.
