【摘要】 分析了进行机械压力机主动和从动系统转速测试的必要性,论述了由双光耦合器和线切割齿形盘等组成的新的转速测试系统的结构。将测试获得的转速输出波形分为七个阶段,分析了每个阶段波形产生的原因及其特性,并对两种不同型号光耦合器的输出波形特性进行了对比分析,指出了这种新的转速测试方法所得到的电压波形信息量是很大的。建立了利用该波形特性进行转速计算的公式,指明了利用该方法提高测速精度的途径。通过实验验证了该方法测试结果的正确。更多还原

【Abstract】 The necessity of measuring rotation speed for active and driven systems of mechanical press is analyzed. The structures of rotation speed measuring system composed of double phototube and tooth shape disk processed by line incision are discussed. The output voltage wave signal acquired from above measuring system was divided into seven phases ;moreover,the characteristics of the wave signal on each phase and mechanism of producing the wave are analyzed. Comparison for characteristics of the output wave signals produced by two different phototubes also is done. It is pointed out that the wave information acquired by the rotation speed measuring system was very abundance. Formula of calculating the rotation speed based on the wave characteristics is established. The methods to enhance the precise of speed testing are pointed out. Correctness of the results of the speed testing is approved by means of experiment method.更多还原
