膛内多路瞬态信号存储测试技术
Researches on Multi-channel Transient Signal Stored Testing and Measuring Technique

【摘要】 本文设计了满足于恶劣环境下多路瞬态信号测试的存储测试系统。并重点介绍测试系统中可编程多通道数采系统控制器(用Altera公司EPLD器件具体实现)。用非易失性NVSRAM—ZS64来存取多参数测试信号,研制了适于测试膛内气体压力单元,加速度单元和IT应力三个物理参量进行测试的测试系统。并介绍其与计算机接口电路的实现方案。
【Abstract】 The paper presents stored testing and measuring system settled for harsh in-bore environment. The realization of the programmable multi-channel data acquisition systems’s controller’s timing sequence is also introduced mainly by using EPLD device produced by Altera Co. . Zeus company’s Non-volatile SRAM (NVSRAM) is selected to store multi-parameter signal. The test system is developed to test the three signals of gas pressure unit, acceleration unit and IT stress unit.
