【Abstract】 This paper presents a new measurement method of off tuning degree. Various frequency constant current is injected to the second side of PT (potential transformer) of which the petersen coil is the first side. The resonance frequency is ascertained by scanning frequency in distribution network, then off tuning degree of the power network is calculated.更多还原
