【Abstract】 Network organization (NO) is a new organization form which can well adapt to the knowledge-based society, information economy and requirement of organization innovation. As a complex system, network organization keeps evolving with the environment. In this paper, based on the analysis of the connotation of NO, the characteristic of complexity of network organization is studied from the aspects of complexity and uncertainty of the NO’s environment, complex structure of network organization, and the dynamic, self-similarity, self-organized, self-learning characteristics of network organization.更多还原
