【Abstract】 Face is an important social psychology phenomenon which affect people’s daily behavior. Acceptance of face has an impact on choice of strategy in production game. But standard game theory study only human economic behavior, but ignore the effect of face on human behavior. In this paper, we develope a game model based on face interaction and study how the linking of face game and production game promotes cooperation in organization.更多还原
