【摘要】 回顾了20世纪中国煤炭工业高产高效矿井的创建与发展,指出中国煤炭资源特征和分布状况以及开采技术条件等诸多原因,形成办矿机制多层次化和开采技术结构多样性;介绍了中国高产高效矿井建设的多层目标管理体系;以具中国特色的综采放顶煤技术和单一煤层开采技术为主线,展开了创建高产高效矿井建设的主要发展战略和创建模式的描述,其实践经验和重大举措,必将为21世纪中国煤炭工业高产高效矿井建设提供成功借鉴.更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment and development of high-production and high-efficiency mine in China Coal Mining Industry in 20 century are reviewed in the paper. The formation of different coal mine systems and mining technology constructions influenced and controlled by the characteristic of coal resources and mining conditions is pointed out, and the different targets of controlling system of high-production and high-efficacy mine construction in China are introduced in this paper. Depend on the primary miming technology of "sub-level caving" and single coal seam mining the main development strategy and mining patterns of high-production and high-efficiency mine are discussed. The succeed experience will advance the development of high-production and high-efficiency mine in 21 century.更多还原
