【摘要】 目的 观察丹参注射液穴位注射在腰椎间盘突出症康复中作用.方法395例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组,治疗组200例,对照组195例.对照组予以常规腰椎机械牵引,治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加丹参注射液穴位注射及腹背肌锻炼,并对两组疗程.疗效及一年后复发率进行统计学比较.结果 治疗组治疗时间缩短(P<0.05),疗效明显,一年后复发率治疗组为4%(8/200),对照组7.7%(15/195),有显著差异.结论 腰椎牵引同时用丹参注射液穴位注射可促进腰椎间盘突出症早期康复,后期加强腹背肌锻炼对预防复发有明显效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the effects of point injection with rooted salvia on lumbar disc hernias. Method The 395 cases of lumbar disc hernias were divided into two groups, the treated group(n =200) and control group(n= 195) .The control group was treated with the lumbar traction. Beside the lumbar traction, rooted salvia was pointedly injected in the treated group with ventro - back muscle exer-cises. The periods of treatment, curative effect and recur rates after an year were compared between two groups. Results The periods of treatment in treated group is shorter(P<0. 05) than that in the control group. Curative effect was obvious and the recur rates after one year decreased, significantly in the treated group to compare with control group(4% vs 7. 7% ). Conclusion The point injection of rooted salvia plus traction can improve treated effects in the early stage of lumbar disc hernias. Training ventra - back muscles are benefit to decrease recurrence.更多还原
