【摘要】 目的 探讨下肢骨折术后的早期功能康复.方法 通过对我院1999年12月—2001年3月共160例下肢骨折患者进行早期康复训练,观察其疗效.结果 术后2周患者肌力达三级以上,其中95例肌力正常,关节活动度均有不同程度的改善.结论 下肢骨折术后早期系统的康复可促进骨折愈合,加快肢体功能的康复.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore functional recovery of lower extremities fracture postoperation. Method To train 160 patients who suffered from lower extremities fracture early stage in 199. 12 -2001.3 and observe the effect.Results all patients’muscles strength were more than Grade 3 and ROM improved in different degree 2 weeks after operation.Conclusion Early postoperative systematic rehabilitation training can promate the fracture healing and functional recovery of low extremities.更多还原
