【摘要】 目的 观察脑卒中患者膝关节控制加强训练,了解其提高下肢功能、步行质量方面的情况.方法 运动Bobath原理进行手法训练,评定方法采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评定60例膝关节控制有问题患者的疗效观察.结果 大部分患者膝关节控制得以改善,下肢功能有所提高.结论 膝关节控制训练可以抑制膝关节膝反张,提高下肢功能,改善步行能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the efficacy of knee controlling exercise for improvement the function of lower extremity and quality of walking in hemiplegia. Method 60 hemiplegia patients with knee problem were treated with manual methods according to Bobath principle. Function of lower extremity was measured with Fugl-Meyer Assessment. Results The result showed that there is a significant im-provement for knee control ability in most of the hemiplegia patients. Conclusion The knee controlling exercise can significantly inhibit knee hyperextension and also their walking stability and quality.更多还原
