PA型诱木引诱剂防治松褐天牛林间应用技术研究

【摘要】 通过对广东产PA型诱木引诱剂林间应用技术研究,表明在实施择伐除害后的轻微发生松材线虫病松林内选取生长中等、细长高大的中等径级健康松树(中势木)作为引诱木,按比例稀释后直接施用(不要同时加注氧化乐果农药)效果更佳。选择中势木为PA-26引诱木平均每株引诱松褐天牛数量高达222.31头,是衰弱木引诱木的4.51倍,差异极为显著(t检验p<0.01)。中势木作为引诱木是其对照木(中势木死松树)的2.84倍,差异也是极为显著的(t检验p<0.01)。而选择衰弱木为PA-26引诱木其平均每株引诱松褐天牛数量为49.3头,仅比衰弱木对照木高8.4%,差异不显著,无应用价值。加注农药将降低引诱效果。PA型诱木引诱剂引诱效果与林间松材线虫病发病率呈负相关,在轻微发病林分引诱效果更佳。

【Abstract】 By studying on the application of PA trap tree attractant in the forest, the result showed that the middle growth potential trees which were selected after selective falling forest in the condition of light damage of pine wood Nematode Disease had the better effect.The allured Monochamus altematus numbers per trap tree were 222.31 under taking the middle growth potential trees as trap tree, which was 4.51 multiple of decline tree and the variance was obvious (T test P < 0.01) .Under taking the middle growth potential woods as trap tree, the allured Monochamus al-ternatus number was. 2.84 multiple of the control wood (dead wood of middle growth potential), the variance was also obvious (T test P< 0.01) .But under taking decline trees as PA-26 trap tree, the allured Monochamus altematus numbers per tree were 49.3, only over 8.4% than that taking decline wood as control wood, and the variance was not obvious, so it is no promising application. The alluring effect will be lowered if the oxygenizement rogor is injected into trap tree. The alluring effect of PA trap tree attractant is inverse proposition to morbidity of PWND in the forest, and it is better in the light damage forest.
