不同寄主食料对蔗扁蛾实验种群的影响

【摘要】 以马铃薯Solanum tuberosum,L.、马拉巴栗Pachira macrocarrpa Walp、甘薯Ipoinoeabatatas Lam、以及甘蔗Saccharum sinensis Roxb 4种寄主食料饲养蔗扁蛾,探讨不同的寄主食料对蔗扁蛾实验种群的影响。结果表明,在上述4种寄主上,蔗扁蛾的实验种群世代历期分别为59.42d、77.28d、70.82d和79.39d,每头雌成虫平均产卵量分别为604.05粒、298.1粒、361.43粒和171.2粒,实验种群趋势指数分别为161.2、91.7、13.5和9.5。由此表明,供试的4种食料都是蔗扁蛾的适宜寄主,其中该虫取食马铃薯发育历期较短。产卵量大,种群趋势较高。

【Abstract】 The potato Solanum tuberosum L. , Pachira macrocarrpa Walp, sweet potato Ipoinoea batatas Lam, and sugarcane Saccharum sinensis Boxb were used to raise banana moth Opogona sacchari (Bojer), and the life table of experimental population fed on different hosts was built up.The results showed that the life cycle duration of banana moth was 59.42 days, 77.28days, 70.82days and 79.39days respectively, 604.1 eggs, 298.1 eggs, 361.4 eggs and 171.2 eggs were laid by per female adult, and the experimental population trend index (I) was 161.2, 91.7, 13.5 and 9.5 respectively.So, the all four plants were suitable hosts for banan moth, but the life cycle duration of banana moth fed on potato was shorest, the egg number of the insect fed on potato was most and the the experimental population trend index (I) was largest.
