棉铃虫化蛹和羽化的昼夜节律

【摘要】 在28℃、12L:12D光暗循环条件下,饲养棉铃虫2龄幼虫直至成虫羽化,考查它们化蛹和羽化的昼夜节律。棉铃虫在暗期的化蛹率和羽化率分别占80%和98%左右,具有明显的昼夜节律;当光期和暗期反转安排时,这两种行为活动节律也随之颠倒。这些结果表明,光周期是诱导、调控棉铃虫化蛹和羽化节律的重要因素。
【Abstract】 Circadian rhythms of pupation and emergence in Helicoverpa armigera were examined by rearing the 2nd instar larvae on the artificial diet until the moth eclosion under the 12L:12D photoperiodic regimes at 28℃.About 80% and 98% of the individuals pupated and emerged at night respectively, and the inverted light-dark cycles carried the peaks of these behavioral activities to the new scotophase. These results indicate photoperiodic importance in inducing and controlling the rhythms of pupation and emergence in the insect species.
