热轧带钢卷取温度控制中的热流密度系数的优化
OPTIMIZATION OF THERMAL DENSITY COEFFICIENT IN COIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL ON HOT STRIP

【摘要】 热轧带钢卷取温度精度是决定成品带钢最终性能的重要参数.本文建立了一种新的热流密度系数模型,并改进了热流密度系数刷新规则,以此来优化水冷温降模型.在层流冷却智能化软件上对改进策略进行了离线模拟,结果表明卷取温度精度具有明显的提高.
【Abstract】 Coil temperature precision of hot strip is an important parameter which determines the final performance of products.This article introduced a new thermal density coefficient model, and improved refresh rules to optimize water temperature model.The simulation of new strategy is done by laminar cooling intelligent software and the result shows that coil temperature precision has been improved significantly.
