一类轧钢加热炉的解耦控制
DECOUPLING CONTROL FOR A KIND OF STEEL ROLLING FURNACE

【摘要】 针对轧钢加热炉控制不确定性因素多,在分析对象特性和对比控制策略基础上,提出了仿人智能解耦自适应控制算法.工程实践表明:该算法鲁棒性强,解耦性能好,控制品质和控制效果令人满意.
【Abstract】 Aimed at the uncertainty factors of steel rolling furnace, based on the analysis of object characteristic and contrast with different control strategy to steel rolling, authors present decoupling adaptive algorithm based on Human Simulating Intelligent Control in the paper.The engineering practice shows that the algorithm is stronger in robustness, better in decoupling performance.The quality and effect of control is satisfactory.
