【摘要】 本轧机在POMINI“红圈”轧机基础上设置微尺度自适应辊系而成.该辊系为双球铰一滑副静定杆系机构,当轧机负载(轧制力和水平力同时作用)场合,使轧机轴承座和轧辊轴向调节螺纹机构对轧辊弹性弯曲引起的辊颈微尺度倾斜行为具有随之而摆动的空间自位性能.从而,在连轧等多维受力工况下,保护轧机宽系轴承沿轴向均载和轧机止推轴承及螺纹机构沿全周均载,维护轴承及螺纹调整机构的设计寿命,显著改善轧制成品精度和作业率,提高轧机现代化水平.
【Abstract】 Based on the red ring rolling mill of POMINI, this rolling mill is designed by setting up a micron class self aligning roll system.This roll system is a double hinges-sliding pair.Under the condition of load being applied, it makes the bearing chock and axial thread adjusting mechanism has space self-aligning performance against micron class inclining behavior of the roll neck which is generated by elastic deformation of the roll.So under the condition of multi dimensional load, it can make bearing load uniform along axial direction and circle direction, ensure the designing longevity of bearing and thread mechanism at mal-condition, improve precision of finished products and productivity, increase the modernization level of mill.
