含氟球团及无氟球团焙烧性能研究

【摘要】 在分析含氟精矿及无氟精矿原料特性的基础上,对含氟球团及无氟球团焙烧性能进行了研究。结果表明,与含氟球团相比,无氟球团焙烧温度需提高20~50℃,而其焙烧时间可以缩短2min左右。
【Abstract】 By the investigation of raw material conditions on the no-fluorine and the fluorine concentration, the baking properties of the no-fluorine and the fluorine pellet were studied. The consequence shows, compare to the fluorine pellet, the baking temperature of no-fluorine pellet should be raise 20-50℃, while the baking time can be cut short about 2min.
