Zn2+改性钛酸铅钠米陶瓷的快速制备及介电性能研究

【摘要】 针对传统Sol-gel法的制备PbTiO3钠米粉的过程中水解速度慢、制备周期长、陶瓷的致密性差以及掺杂改性PbTiO3陶瓷的介电常数受温度的影响较大等问题。首次采用改进的sol-gel法快速制备了Zn2+掺杂PbTiO3陶瓷。用XRD法测定了结构,并对其介电性能进行了分析。结果表明,由Sol-gel法快速合成Zn2+掺杂PbTiO3陶瓷是可行的。所制备的陶瓷纯度高、致密性好;具有优良的介电性能,且陶瓷介电常数受温度的影响较小。

【Abstract】 When PbTiO3 nano-particles is prepared with sol-gel method, the velocity of hydrolysis is slow, the period is long, compactness is not good. And the dielectric constant is influenced by temperature. For above reasons, the fast method is used to prepare the PbTiO3 ceramic, and at the same time PbTiOs is doped by Zn2+ to modify the dielectric properties of ceramic. The size of the nano-particles is observed by TEM, The texture of the ceramic is measured by XRD and dielectric properties of the ceramic are analyzed. The results show that the process is feasible. The compactness and the dielectric properties of the ceramic are good. Temperature has little effect on the dielectric constant and dielectric loss has little effect on humidity.
