【摘要】 提高信息技术(IT)的应用和信息资源开发利用水平,实现水利工程安全可靠的运行,使其综合效益发挥最大(包括社会效益),是水利工程信息化的主要目标。计算机集成制造系统(CIMS),作为一种先进思想与先进技术的相互结合,完全可以借鉴和指导水利工程进行总体的技术改造和体制改革,指导其综合自动化系统体系结构的构建。本文对CIMS的基本知识作了简单介绍,并将CIMS引入指导水利工程的信息化建设,在这种CIMS运行模式下,提出把与水利工程有关的所有“资源”,在全局集成规划指导下,在更充分发挥人的作用下,关联起来集合成一个整体的构想,并倡导开展水利CIMS工程的研究和水利CIMS工程的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main goal of water conservancy project information is enhancing the application of information technology, realizing the security and credibility of water conservancy project running, and exerting the most synthetical benefit, which conclude society benefit. The idea of Computer Integrated manufacturing systems (CIMS) is exercised in this paper. The CIMS running model on construct of water conservancy project information is built, the thought of all integrated is bring forward, namely integrated all correlative resources of water conservancy project into a whole.
