【摘要】 网络出版在国内已渐兴起,其中利弊皆存。网络出版对现代编辑的要求更高,只有掌握了高科技手段,才能使期刊自主上网。《中国学术期刊网》为国内期刊提供了上网的捷径,可供更多的科技工作者去运用、开发。

【Abstract】 Ntework publishing is being on the upgrade.There are both advantages and disadvantages.Network publishing asks modern editors to master the advanced scientific and technical methods.Only to do that,could network be utilized for sci-tech journals.CHINA JOURNAL NET is a shortcut for Chinese sci-tech journal to utilize network and awaits more sci-tech workers to utilizing and developing.
