中国房地产业与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】 本文根据中国房地产开发投资和国内生产总值历史资料,采用动态计量经济学的误差修正模型、应用统计分析软件包Micro Tsp(6.5)定量分析了房地产投资和国民经济增长的相互作用,从中看出发展房地产业对经济增长的拉动效应。

【Abstract】 According to historical data of development investment in real estate and gross domestic production in china. Using the error correction model of dynamic economics the quantitative analysis of the interaction of the real estate investment and national economic growth has been conducted by application of software-Micro Tsp. The conclusion reached is that the real estate industry can effectively stimulate the economic growth.
