复方丹参对60Co-r照射小鼠免疫细胞影响的研究

【摘要】 目的 观察复方丹参对小鼠免疫细胞的影响.方法 用淋巴细胞转型试验,T-淋巴细胞功能测定和巨噬细胞吞噬活性检查,观察小鼠巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞变化.结果 在60Co-r照射后的小鼠中,饲复方丹参小鼠的吞噬细胞吞噬指数、淋巴细胞转型率和T-淋巴细胞活性较未饲复方丹参小鼠明显增高.结论 中药复方丹参对60Co-r射线辐射小鼠所致的免疫细胞损伤有保护作用,尤其对T-淋巴细胞活性的维持和恢复有较好的防护治疗作用.

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study is to deterime influence of Compound Salyia miltiorrhiza Bunge for immune Cell in rats.Methods The changes of lymphocytes and macrophagocytes in rats were examined with test of transforming patter of lymphocytes and phagocytosis of macrophages and T-lymphocytic Subfamily activity .Results Degree of transforming Patter of lymphocytes and phagocytic index of macrophagocytes and T-lymphocytic subfamily activity in rats after irradiate -feed drug was higher than rats with only irradiating. Conclusion Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in chines herbal medicine possesed preventive affection to damaged of immune cells which induced by 60Co-r ray in health rats, especially its Conduced to retention and revitalization of T-lymphocytic activity.
