【摘要】 本试验以RT-PCR方法从人工感染禽劳斯肉瘤病毒(Rous Sarcoma Virus-,RSV)SR-RSV的SPF雏鸡体内及SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)培养物中分别扩增出720bp的gag p27片段.将RT-PCR,产物重组到质粒载体pUC19中,并对重组质粒进行酶切分析及序列测定,结果表明克隆片段为完整的目的基国,该片段序列与国外分离株RSV(J02342)的同源性达97.3%.更多还原

【Abstract】 The gag p27 gene of 720bp was amplified by RT-PCR method from SPF chicken and Chicken Embryo Fibroblast(CEF) which were infected with Rous Sarcoma Virus (RSV), and the p27 gene was cloned into a plasmid vector pUC19 , the recombined plasmid were analyzed by restriction enzyme digestion and sequence analysis , the result shows that the cloning gene was the full-length larget gene which has a 97.3% homology with foreign isolate strains RSV(J02342).更多还原
