碳纤维—铜—石墨复合材料电刷的电摩擦磨损性能

【摘要】 研究了碳纤维-铜-石墨复合材料在电磨损条件下,压力的变化(7.5N/cm~2-30N/cm~2)对复合材料电刷的摩擦系数、接触电压降、电磨损量的影响,对复合材料电磨损机理进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Under the different pressure(from 7.5 N/cm~2 to 30 N/cm~2) conditions, the electrical wear behaviors of CF-Cu-G composite have been studied. The results show: the friction coefficient is minimal when the pressure is equal to15 N/cm~2 and the friction coefficient increases with the increasing or decreasing of pressure. The wear loss ofcomposites varies with increasing pressure in the shape of u. Due to the forming of film, the contact drop ofcomposites slight increases at the beginning of electrical wear and then keeps steady.
