【摘要】 聚酰亚胺具有优异的化学稳定性和电性能,在微电子工业中得到了广泛的应用.作者试图通过氯甲基化反应将活泼的氯甲基引入聚酰亚胺主链中,再与其它化合物反应以使聚酰亚胺获得新的功能.本文研究了聚酰亚胺氯甲基化的条件,并对产物进行了表征.

【Abstract】 In this article, a common dianhydride-4,4’-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride(6FDA) and acommon diamine-4,4’-oxydianiline(ODA) were selected to synthesis polyimide, and then, through chloromethylation,active chloromethyl group was introduced into polyimide chain. Many compounds with special functions were selectedto react with above chloromethylated polyimide. Hence we can get many kinds of polyimides with many new functionsThis is a facile modification method to polyimides. In this article we investigate the relationship of chloromethylationratio with reaction conditions. The chloromethylated polyimides were characterized by NMR, IR, DSC, and TGA.
