纳米镍粉的制备工艺研究
Studies on the Preparation of Nanophase Nickel Powders

【摘要】 以水合肼为主还原剂,在添加剂P的作用下,通过严格控制工艺条件,制备出平均粒径约50nm的超细镍粉。TEM、EDS等分析表明,纳米镍粉形貌为类球形,粒径分布30~70nm,纯度大于98%。制备纳米镍粉的适宜工艺参数为:pH值8~10,反应温度60~80℃,镍盐浓度小于1.0mol/l,添加剂P的用量3%~4%,加料速度20~40ml/s。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystal nickel Powders with average particle size about 50nm are prepared by critically controlling theprocess conditions in which hydrozine hydride and certain additives are used as the reduce agents. TEM and EDSanalyses show that the morphology of the nanocrystal nickel powders is like-spherical, the particle size is in the rangeof 30~70 nm. The optimum process parameters of preparing nanocrystal nickel powders are displayed as following: pHvalue 8~10, reaction temperature 50~80℃, nickel salts concentration <1.0mol/l, and the adding rate of the reactants
