溶胶—凝胶法制备WO3膜的电致变色特性研究

【摘要】 以WCl6与碳原子数小于4的醇为主要原料,果用溶胶—凝胶法在ITO导电玻璃上制备了WO3薄膜,并在150~500℃的空气环境中将薄膜进行了热处理,用X射线衍射(XRD)和光电子能谱法分析了薄膜的成分、价态和微观结构,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察薄膜表面形貌.分析了热处理温度对薄膜的结构和电致变色性质的影响,讨论了薄膜的致色机理.结果表明:非晶态WO3薄膜在电色器件中较晶态WO3薄膜具有较好的电致变色特性.

【Abstract】 Using WCl6 and alcohol consisting of one carbon to four carbon as the main starting material, WO3 thinfilms were prepared by sol-gel method on ITO glass and annealed in ambient air in range of 150~500℃. The ingredient,valence and microstructure were analysed with XRD and Electron Spectroscopy for chemical Analysis. Surfacemorphology were analysed with SEM. The effect of annealing temperature on the structure and electrochromicproperties were discussed. Furthermore, coloration mechanism was discussed. The results show that the amorphousWO, film in electrochromic device can exhibit the better electrochromism than the crystalline WO3 film.
