【摘要】 本文综合论述了制备燃料电池材料部分的各种方法。APS、VPS、EVD属于一步成型并成膜,制得的材料薄膜气密性好,成本比较高,适宜制备电解质、阳极和联接体,其中多用于制备电解质;烧结法包括了Sol-Gel、流延、轧膜、丝网印刷等,可以制备SOFC中的各部分材料,实现共烧结,成本低,适宜大工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 The all processes for manufacturing materials parts of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) aree discussed in thepaper. The films are made in one step by the ways of APS、VPS、EVD, which are usually used to produce theelectrolyte and interconnect. The films are thin and good gas-resistance, but with relatively high cost. All parts ofSOFC are made by the following ways, such as Sol-Gel、tape casting、tape calendering and screen printing, whichare suit to manufacture samples in industry with the cheapest process by co-sintered together ways.更多还原
