锂离子电池负极用改性石墨的研究

【摘要】 通过浸渍的方法在天然鳞片石墨的表面包覆上一层酚醛树脂,然后在N2保护下于600~1000℃炭化1h制得改性石墨。恒电流充放电技术研究了所得改性石墨的充放电性能。结果表明包覆在石墨表面具有无定形结构的酚醛树脂炭能够有效阻止石墨在充放电过程中发生层状剥落,从而提高了石墨的循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 Natural graphite was coated with phenol-formadehyde resin solution. The coated graphite was furthercarbonized from 600℃ to 1000℃ for 1h under N2 after removing solvent of methane, to obtain a modified graphite.The constant-current charge-discharge properties of modified graphites were investigated. The results showed that thephenol-formadehyde resin carbon with disordered structure on the surface of graphite could successfully protect thegraphite from exfoliation to improve its cyclic performances. showing better charge-discharge performances than thatof the raw graphite.
