汽车尾气净化器中催化剂比表面积和微观结构的研究

【摘要】 催化剂的性质和寿命主要取决于载体中吸附贵金属的含量和涂层微观形貌。目前,国内还未发表过有关净化器中催化剂的微观形貌——比表面积和微观结构的文章。本文研究了在涂敷液中加入稀土金属、碱土金属、胶体及活性物等能否改善催化剂的比表面积和微观结构,结果令人满意。我们研制的小件催化剂样品与国外目前的催化剂进行比较,微观形貌达到同一水平,成品净化器进行62.5h加速试验(相当于跑5万公里后),CO和CH转化率大于95%,NO_x达到88%。
【Abstract】 The properties or if fetime of catalyst in automobile exhaust gases purificator depend on primarily thecontent of noble metals adsorbed in carrier and micropattern in coating layer. However, a article of jourales in homewas not discussing about the micropattern-ratio surface area and microstructure in purification of exhaust gases ofautomobile up to now The paper bas studied about if improving catalysts ratio surface area and microstructure ofcarrier by adding rare-earth metals, alkline-earth metals, adhesive or active materials etc. The results aresatisfied .Apiece catalysts sample prepared has a same leve in ratio surface area and microstructure by contrast overseacatalyst. The purificator has a transorming rate more than 95% in CO and CH, 88% in NO_x after 62.5h teataccelerated(a car runs fifty thousand km).
