掺锂对尖晶石相LiMn2O4材料结构性能的影响

【摘要】 利用溶液相合成技术把多余的锂元素掺入到主尖晶石相中制得掺锂活性材料。最终产品材料具有颗粒细小、分布均匀及结晶性能好等特点。利用X-射线粉末衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外分光光度计及扫描电子显微镜对所合成掺杂锂材料的结构性能进行表征。随掺锂量的增加,锰的平均价态相应升高而晶胞逐渐收缩、Mn-O键却依次增强。电化学性能测试结果表明,起始反应物摩尔数比采用Li:Mn=1.06:1.94可获得较好的初始容量及循环稳定性能。

【Abstract】 Excess Li elements were doped into host spinel lithium manganese oxide to replace part side of 16d Mn byone simple solution preparation technology in this paper.The end particles are of fine,narrowly distributed and wellcrystallized. The investigation of the XRD patterns, the analysis of the SEM micrographs and the determination ofFTIR spectra were used to study the structural properties of dopant materials. The result showed the bonds Mn-O in theLi-dopant active materials are stronger than these of the undoped due to the augment of the average valencc of Mn andthe contraction of cell, which stabilize the structure of spinels. The investigation of IR spectroscopy illustrates that thebonds Mn-O are gradually stronger with the increase of Li dopant contents. Dopant materials prepared in starting moleratio Li:Mn=1.06:1.94 will have both high initial capacity and good electrochemical cycling performance.
