具有独立形状的新无机化合物四方棱柱晶质管

【摘要】 本文用固相反应直接合成出一种新化合物Bi-M-Fe-O-Cl(M=碱土金属)晶体微米-纳米管,它具有独立外形,为四方棱柱外形,外径约为0.5~0.1μm,有的更小。内径约为300~60nm,管壁很薄,为几十纳米,通过IR测试,可看到管状晶体中存在Fe-Cl键,说明Fe-Cl键的生成可能使化合物晶体外形发生变化,是形成管状晶体的主要原因。通过XPS测试发现本文的铁基氧氯化物中,变价Fe离子以Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)混合价态存在,它是化合物形成良好半导体性质的主要因素,本半导体化合物的禁带宽为Eg=1.2eV。

【Abstract】 A novel crystal nano-microtube of Bi-M-Fe-O-Cl (M=alcaline earth metal) compound has been directlysynthesized with solid- state reaction. It has special external shape of tetragonal prism. Its external diameters are about0~0.5μm,some of them is even less. Internal diameters are about 60~300nm. Tube wall is very thin, about dozenanometers. From IR detecting, it can be seen that there is the Fe-Cl bound in the tubular crystal structure. It is shownthat formation of the tube crystal of tetragonal prism has dependented on existence of the Fe-Cl bound. Through XPSdetermination, it is found that valence-variable Fe-ion has valences of +2 and +3. Semiconductive properties of thetube crystal of new compound relate to the variable valence behaviors of Fe-ion. The energy gap of the semiconductivecompound is Eg=1.2eV.
