Co对FeCuNbSiB非晶合金纳米晶化的影响

【摘要】 用液态金属单辊熔融急冷法制成了Fe73.5CuNb3Si13.5B9和Fe69.5CuNb3Co4Si13.5B9 非晶合金条带,用DSC、MTGA 法和X 射线衍射研究Co 对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 非晶合金的非晶纳米晶化的影响数据表明,加Co 后的合金具有一些优良的热磁性质。介绍了一种测量非晶晶化激活能的新方法—MTGA法。
【Abstract】 The Effect of Co on the Crystallization Kinetics of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy has been studied byDSC,XRD and MTGA methods A new method of measuring activation energy of amorphous alloy was introduced..The results show that, for the description of crystallization kinetics and phase transition of amorphous alloy, the MTGAmethod is more detail than DSC method. The activation energy of amorphous alloy Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 measured byMTGA and DSC was coherent.
