低温快速烧结软磁铁氧体材料

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种Bi2O3-V2O5系复合添加剂,它能使普通Ni-Cu-Zn 铁氧体的烧结温度降至875℃以下,烧结时间缩短为30min。烧结样品的磁导率可达195（10MHz）。

【Abstract】 A complex sintering aids of Bi2O3-V2O5 was investigated in this paper.This addition of sintering aids canlower the sintering temperature to lower than 875℃, and shorten soaking time to 30 minutes for Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite. Thepermeability of the ferrite added 1wt% the sintering aids can reach to 195 at 10MHz.
