具有宽过冷液相区的FeNbAlGePCB非晶合金的研究

【摘要】 本文对Fe73NbxAl5-xGe2P10C6B4(x=1、3、5at%)非晶合金的过冷度及磁性进行了研究。结果表明:该合金系具有较宽的过冷液相区和较强的玻璃形成能力,△Tx 分别为66K,62K 和45K.Nb 为1at%时合金具有最大过冷度(66K),采用1000r/min 辊速喷制的合金条带为完全非晶相且厚度为100μm,饱和比磁化强度σs=148Am2/kg,矫顽力Hc=52A/m。经500℃退火15min 后,试样的σs=149 Am2/kg,矫顽力明显下降Hc=31.2A/m。
【Abstract】 Supercooled liquid region and magnetic properties of Fe75NbxAl5-xGe2P10C6B4(x=1、3、5 at%) amorphousalloys have been studied. The results show that there are broader suppercooled liquid regions ΔTx and larger ability toform glass for the alloys, the ΔTx is 66K,62K and 45K respectively.When the Nb content is 1%,there is the biggestΔTx(66K) for the alloy, and amorphous ribbon with 100μm thick was prepared by single-roller melt spinning method(1000r/min). The saturation magnetization σ8 and coercivity Hc is 148Am2/Kg and 52A/m respectively forFe75Nb1Al4Ge2P10C6B4 amorphous alloy at as-quenched, they are 149 Am2/Kg and 31.2A/m for the sample annealed at500℃ for 15 minutes.
