(Gd1-xRx)5Si4系合金在低磁场室温附近的磁热效应
(Gd1-xRx)5Si4 System Alloy Magnetocaloric Effect at Low Field near Room Temperature

【摘要】 用高频悬浮炉制备了(Gd1-xRx)5Si4(R=Dy、Tb)系合金。在1.3T 磁场下,用自制的△Tad—T 曲线测量仪直接测量了(Gd1-xDyx)5Si4、(Gd1-xTbx)5Si4、Gd5(SixGe1-x)4 系合金及Gd金属的磁热效应。对于(Gd1-xRx)5Si4 系合金,随着x 的增加,其居里温度Tc逐渐降低,接近室温。
【Abstract】 (Gd1-xRx)5Si4(R=Dy,Tb) system alloys were prepared in a high-frequency floating furnace. Themagnetocaloric effects of (Gd1-xDyx)5Si4、(Gd1-xTbx)5Si4、Gd5(SixGe1-x)4 alloys and purity metal Gd were measureddirectly by using the self-made ΔTad-- Tcurve measurement device at the magnetic field of 1.3Tesla. Theexperimental results show that the curie temperature (Tc) decreases gradually near room temperature with increasing Xfor (Gd1-xRx)5Si4 system alloys.
