磁控形状记忆合金

【摘要】 本文综述了一种新型功能材料—磁控形状记忆合金,它通过磁场来驱动材料内部某些微观界面的移动,从而产生大的变形。这样它既具压电陶瓷和磁致伸缩材料那样快的响应频率,又能如形状记忆合金那样输出大的应力或高的可逆应变。本文回顾了磁控形状记忆材料在国内外研究的最新进展,介绍了作者探索Co-Ni 合金磁控形状记忆性能的最新实验结果,并讨论了Ni-Mn-Ga 和Co基合金中磁场诱发应变的不同机制。
【Abstract】 Magneto-shape memory alloys are new kinds of functional materials, in which the internal interfaces aredriven by the external magnetic field and large recovery strains can be obtained. The magneto-shape memory alloysexhibit the characteristics of both high stresses and large output strains as in conventional shape memory alloys andrapid response frequencies as in piezoceramics and magnetostrictive materials. The recent progress in the field ofmagneto-shape materials has been reviewed. Some new experimental results of Co-Ni magneto-shape memory alloysdone by the present authors and the possible mechanism, compared with that of Ni-Mn-Ga, are also proposed in thepaper.
