NiFe基及Co基纳米晶软磁合金研究进展
Progress of the Research of NiFe-based and Co-based Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Alloys

【摘要】 本文对钴基非晶合金的晶化及其磁性研究的进展进行了综述,内容包括:(1)Ni 基非晶合金的晶化研究;(2)NiFe 基非晶合金的晶化及磁性研究;(3)零磁致伸缩Co 基非晶合金的晶化行为:(4)Vitrovac6025 型合金的纳米晶化和磁性;(5)bcc 结构的Co-Fe-Nb-Si-B 纳米晶合金的研究。对有关晶化产物的相结构及磁性的问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Research development for the crystallization behavior of Co-based soft magnetic amorphous alloys and theirmagnetic properties has been reviewed in this report. It contains: (1) crystallization of Ni-based amorphous alloys; (2)studies of crystallization and magnetic properties of NiFe-based amorphous alloys; (3) crystallization behavior of Co-based amorphous alloys with zero-magnetostriction; (4) nanocrystallization and magnetic properties of Vitrovas 6025type alloys; (5) studies of Co-Fe-Nb-Si-B nanocrystalline alloys with bcc elated problems such as the phase structureof the products of crystallization and the magnetic properties have been discussed.
