深紫外倍频晶体KBe2(BO3)F2的合成与生长

【摘要】 讨论了KBe2(BO3)F2(KBBF)的合成方法,以BeO、KBF4 和B2O3 为原料,采用高温固相反应合成了KBBF化合物。探索了KBBF 晶体生长的助熔剂体系,考察了KBBF-KF-B2O3 体系配比对KBBF晶体生长的影响,以配比为KBBF:KF:B2O3=1.5:5.0:0.8的比例来用自发成核的方法生长出尺寸为40min×35min×1.5mm的晶体。
【Abstract】 KBBF is synthesized with a solid state reaction at high temperature, using BeO、KBF4 and B2O3 as rawmaterials. Some flux systems are investigated for the growth of KBBF crystals. A suitable flux proportion is KBBF:KF: B2O3 = 1.5: 5.0: 0.8. A KBBF crystal with size of 40mm×35mm×1.5mm was successfully grown using aspontaneous nucleation method and was characterized.
