【摘要】 以蓖麻(Ricinus comunis)单性雌株的顶芽、腋芽为外植体建立了组织快繁系统。结果表明:最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.03mg/L,试管苗生根采用1/2MS+NAA0.4mg/L+IBA0.8mg/L培养基,生根率达94.7%。研究了植物激素的种类、浓度配比、培养温度及基因型对蓖麻单性雌株组织快繁的影响。利用该培养体系能获得大量的植株,但存在基因型间的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using apical and axillary buds as explants on different media, the vitro regeneration system of female plant in Ricinus cummunis is established. The results indicate that MS+6-BA0.5mg/L + IBA0.03mg/L appeared to be optimum for rapid propagation.94.7% or more cultured plantlets rooted on 1/2MS + NAA0.4mg/L+ IBA0.8mg/L.the effects of factors including kinds.dif-ferent combinations of concentrations of the plant hormones, culturing temperature and genotypes are analyzed on the tissue culture of the Ricinus commuris .By using this system,a lot of complete plants can be obtained,but could be affected by genotypes.更多还原
